We got word from the producer on Friday that Derek Thomas will be our landscape designer. The portfolio on his website looks fabulous! Above is a sample of a retaining wall that he did. We're going to need a few of those in our crazy front yard.

Derek, a native of Trinidad, W.I., has been part of the Washington, D.C. Community for most of his life.
We should be meeting with Derek later this week to get started on the landscape portion of the project.
