3301 Ivy and Azeleas

This is the last image that we sent with our application. Don't you just love ivy! Aren't those azaleas beautiful?! Well, they actually are beautiful, for about 3-weeks in May. They just finished blooming in this pic in late-May. The rest of the time, well, they are a bit yucko!

3301 Front Walk

This is our front walk as described in the application. We love the ivy-covered tree stump to the right. Chan's mom only tripped and fell down the crumbling walkway once! We also sent this photo along with our application.

Please help us Curb Appeal! Warren Application

A brief description of what you LIKE about your house: The inside.

What you HATE about your house: Our front walkway is a hodge-podge of slate and brick that's basically aclass-action lawsuit waiting to happen. Even the squirrels have trouble with navigating it on their way to burrow through the gnarled carpets of ivy that masquerade as one side of the front yard. Throw in a decomposing stump, a couple of Charlie Brown Christmas tree-like shrubs, and a patch of lawn that's repeatedly failed to gain entry into the hairclub for men, and you get the idea.

What you want to CHANGE about your house: Picture a smooth, stylish walkway that glides from the street tothe plant-filled front landing, inviting visitors toring the bell and stay a while. To the left and the right is a plush carpet of grass, begging to have Adirondack chairs planted in the the middle and Mojitos or Mint Juleps passed all around. Instead ofthe Charlie Brown shrubs lining the front of the house, passersby are treated to a multi-colored burst of azaleas and fabulous landscaping. All of thistopped off with a sophisticated framework of outdoor lighting. Please select us for your show. We are desperate! Thank you for your kind consideration.

Regards,
Paula and Chan Warren
